Details you send through our enquiry form or by email: name, work email, company, phone number and the information you share about your project.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.

To deliver and manage services if you become a client.

To understand how the website is used and improve it.

To meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed.

4. Legal basis

We process your data with your consent (the enquiry form checkbox), to take steps towards or perform a contract with you, or where required by law.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business — such as email, website hosting and FormSubmit, which processes enquiry submissions — under appropriate confidentiality terms, and authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside the UAE; where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as UAE law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us through our Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
